If you wish to return your ordered products, you can do so within 14 days of receipt to receive a refund. To initiate the process, please contact us at info@kaaseatelier.com.

The returned item must be unused, undamaged, in its original packaging (if applicable) without any damage, and in a resalable condition.

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect its compliance with the return conditions. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days, following the original payment method.

For credit card payments, the refund will be subject to the respective bank’s refund procedures.
